How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
Our rates are based on Australia Post pricing.
You’ll be able to see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
When will an item be restocked?
In short, it might not be.
If you like an item, we recommend you grab it straight away to avoid missing out.
Dopamine Dog is constantly evolving and we are always looking to improve sustainability and quality.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive for SAME DAY SHIPPING on orders received before 12pm.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your to be dispatched during busy sale periods.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with an AusPost tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the AusPost website (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search) or app.
Can I return an item?
Order didn’t work out? No worries, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

- We accept returns for items in original packaging, unworn and unwashed condition.
- All returns must be lodged within 5 days from the date the item/s is received.
- Customers are responsible for all return postage costs and any duties or taxes assessed by International Customs.
- A refund, less postage costs, will be provided for defective or damaged items only. Store credit, less postage costs, will be provided for all other returns.
- Please email hello@dopaminedog.com with clear images of defective or damaged item/s.
Seconds/Final Sale Items
Products marked as “SECONDS”, “SAMPLE”, or “FINAL SALE” are sold at a discounted price due to minor cosmetic imperfections or faults disclosed on the product page.
These items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit for change of mind.
Example imperfections may include minor stains, marks, fabric inconsistencies, or small manufacturing defects. The exact placement and appearance of imperfections may vary between garments.
By purchasing a SECONDS item, you acknowledge and accept the disclosed imperfections.
This policy does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please email hello@dopaminedog.com immediately as we’re unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards of various denominations.
Do you offer Afterpay?
No, not at this time. PayPal offers “Pay in 4”, which we gladly accept (https://www.paypal.com/au/digital-wallet/ways-to-pay/buy-now-pay-later)
